Human Resources Generalist (Flexible Hours)

Provide administrative support to HR Director and HR leadership

Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process in collaboration with corporate team, HR team and hiring managers

New Hire Tracker, Promotion/Transfer Logs

Develop associate communications network within the hotel via weekly newsletter, monthly calendar, bulletin boards, posters, and flyers

Enter and maintain all associate data into Dayforce (HRIS)

Maintain orderliness of office supplies and equipment

Participate in planning and execution of associate events planned by the Human Resources Department

Facilitate a culture of praise and recognition by assisting with the implementation of various employee recognition programs

Must be proficient using Microsoft Office Products, Canva, Posterbooking

Must be flexible with schedule to include some weekends when required for events

1 year HR experience (hotel experience preferred)

Fluency in English and Spanish is highly preferred

The ability to sit and utilize telephone/computer for an extended period.

Office environment with frequent travel around property.
