Lead Compliance Counsel
CBRE Group, Inc.
CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Lead Senior Counsel to support our Capital Markets and Debt and Structured Finance business. This role involves providing legal counsel on corporate governance, compliance, and risk management, collaborating closely with senior leadership and the advisory team. The candidate should possess a Juris Doctor degree and significant experience in legal matters related to commercial financing.
We are looking for someone who is dynamic, innovative, and adept at navigating legal complexities within the real estate sector. Understanding of both agency and private securitizations is preferred, as well as experience with GSE multifamily seller/servicer programs.
