Human Resources - Recruiter Security
Unitus Security, LLC
Unitus Security is seeking a Full Cycle Recruiter with high-volume hiring experience to support staffing across multiple sites. This role is responsible for managing the recruiting process from sourcing through onboarding in a fast-paced, 24/7 operational environment.
Manage full-cycle recruiting (sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring, onboarding)
Support high-volume hiring needs across multiple locations
Conduct hiring events and open interviews
Partner with Operations to meet staffing requirements
Maintain candidate pipelines and track recruiting activity
Maintain accurate records in HR systems
Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience
High-volume hiring experience required
In-person recruiting and hiring event support required
Occasional travel between sites may be required
Performance-based incentives
