Labor & Employment Attorney: Advisory And Litigation Variety In Tampa
We are working with a highly regarded Tampa law firm that is seeking a Labor & Employment Attorney with 2+ years of employment law experience. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who enjoys a balance of advisory and litigation work and wants to keep building expertise representing employers.
This is an in-office position.
Advise employer clients on compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
Litigate employment claims on behalf of employers
Draft employment agreements, forms, policies, and procedures
Manage a heavy workload while providing timely responses to supervising attorneys and clients
D. from an accredited law school
- 2+ years of employment law experience (required)
- Thorough knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws (required)
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
- Bonus potential
