Head of Sales & Business Operations

Sales Operations Manager for Ad Channels & Operations (ACO) will serve as a strategic partner to the Ads Channel Partnerships, Indirect Demand Management (Deal Desk), and Ad Ops teams, supporting them in optimizing processes, driving operational efficiencies, and aligning indirect demand efforts with broader sales goals. Develop business health metrics, reporting, and analysis to track programmatic campaign health and inform decision‑making.

Drive the development of best practices to drive rep effectiveness and improve demand generation and fulfillment within ACO.

Contribute to the creation of best practices that improve the quality of the demand generation and fulfillment activities that the ACO team leads.

8+ years of experience in sales operations and digital media.

• Strong understanding of programmatic platforms, ad‑serving technology, and/or Deal Desk processes.
• Exceptional analytical skills with a focus on data‑driven decision‑making, process improvement, and operational support.
• Excellent project management abilities, skilled at managing multiple workflows and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.

Annual salary ranging from $70,000 to $420,000, with options to allocate between salary and stock options based on individual preference.
