The Learning Experience is seeking a creative, data-driven Marketing Manager to develop and execute marketing strategies that build brand awareness, generate demand, and drive enrollment across our growing network of early childhood education centers.

This role combines brand marketing, digital marketing, lead generation, lifecycle marketing, social media, content development, and performance analytics. You’ll manage marketing initiatives across the full customer journey—from introducing families to The Learning Experience through nurturing prospective families and ultimately converting inquiries into tours and enrollments.

The ideal candidate is both creative and analytical: someone who can develop compelling campaigns and content while using data to understand customer behavior, improve marketing performance, and identify opportunities for growth.

Marketing Strategy and Enrollment Growth

Develop and execute integrated marketing initiatives that increase brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and support enrollment growth

Manage marketing strategies across the full enrollment funnel, from initial awareness and inquiry through tour and enrollment

Support local marketing strategies that help individual centers build awareness and generate enrollment within their communities

Lead Nurture and Lifecycle Marketing

Create conversion-focused messaging, scripts, and marketing resources for Center Directors and enrollment teams

Test messaging, communications, and campaigns to improve conversion and overall marketing effectiveness

Digital Marketing, Social Media and Content

Manage social media strategy and content across corporate and center-level channels

Develop editorial calendars and create engaging, on-brand content designed to build awareness and support enrollment

Create and curate content for social media, blogs, email, websites, and other digital channels

Support influencer, community, event, and local marketing initiatives

Collaborate on corporate websites, digital platforms, and other customer-facing marketing experiences

Lead development of online and offline marketing collateral and promotional materials

Marketing Analytics and Performance

Monitor marketing and enrollment KPIs across the customer acquisition funnel

Analyze campaign, lead, tour, enrollment, and conversion data to identify trends and opportunities

Translate marketing data into clear recommendations and actionable strategies

Develop reports and communicate marketing performance to internal and external stakeholders

Use testing and performance insights to continuously improve campaigns and customer engagement

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field

3+ years of marketing experience, including experience with digital marketing, demand generation, customer acquisition, or lifecycle marketing

Experience managing marketing initiatives across multiple channelsDemonstrated ability to analyze marketing performance, conversion data, and KPIs

Experience with CRM, email marketing, or marketing automation platforms

Strong writing, editing, and content development skills

Experience with social media management and content strategy

Strong project management and organizational skills

Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment

Multi-location, franchise, education, childcare, consumer services, or other location-based business experience

Lead nurturing and customer lifecycle marketing

Local or community marketing

Marketing automation and CRM platforms

Social media content creation and editorial calendar management

A/B testing, conversion optimization, and marketing analytics
