Head of HR (Remote)

BravoTECH

BravoTECH is looking for an HR Director in Dallas to lead and execute the human resources strategy in a nonprofit setting. This role demands strategic insight along with hands-on leadership in recruiting, employee relations, and HR management.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, significant management experience, and PHR/SPHR certification. This position offers a hybrid work model, with three days onsite and two days remote.
