Full Time LMFT - Remote position

Calm Horizons Mental Health Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our dynamic team. This full-time remote position allows you to provide essential therapeutic services from the comfort of your own home while making a profound difference in the lives of individuals and families. As an LMFT, you will play a critical role in supporting clients through their mental health journeys, helping them navigate complex emotions and relationships.

This role is primarily remote, combining the flexibility of teletherapy with occasional in-person sessions in our outpatient facility in Santa Ana. With access to state-of-the-art technological tools, you will conduct virtual therapy sessions, enabling you to connect meaningfully with clients while maintaining a work-life balance.

Conducting individualized therapy sessions for clients, including individuals, couples, and families, utilizing evidence-based methodologies.

Documenting sessions and maintaining accurate, confidential records in compliance with health regulations and organizational policies.

In this position, you will work with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, and adults. Our clients come from varied backgrounds, bringing unique challenges and perspectives to therapy. An active Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license is required.

A Bachelor's Degree in a related field, with advanced degrees (Master's or Doctorate) preferred.

Experience providing therapy to a wide range of populations, with particular expertise in couple and family therapy.

Proficiency in teletherapy and utilization of digital platforms for client engagement and support.

Experience with specific therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), or similar.
