Human Resources Generalist (Flexible Full-Time)

Our team of seasoned professionals work to achieve our clients' long-term objectives by addressing all aspects of our clients' financial affairs including investment management, estate planning, tax planning, wealth transfers, business sale, and succession planning.

We are seeking a driven, detail-oriented Human Resources (HR) Specialist to join our team in Salt Lake City, UT. This role will support the Director of Finance and Operations with human resources operations, including recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, and benefits administration.

This role is on site in our Salt Lake City, UT office. Our standard office hours are below. There is a possibility of other required hours based on flexing business needs.

Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding, including new-hire paperwork, I-9 verification, state new-hire registration filings, scheduling, HRIS administration, and system setup in BambooHR.
Effectively manage periods of high onboarding activity, coordinating multiple training, orientation, and employee integration processes simultaneously.
Maintain accurate and up to date employee records in BambooHR, including rollout and e-signature tracking of Employment Agreements, Employee Handbook, Policies & Procedures, Emergency Action Plan, and Social Media Policy.
Collaborate with the Operations Team to create, maintain and improve a positive and feedback driven employee experience.
Serve as a culture champion by modeling company values, building strong relationships, and contributing to an inclusive, people-first workplace environment.
Maintain complete confidentiality of employee data and any material nonpublic information (MNPI) encountered incidentally.
Support additional HR initiatives and responsibilities as assigned to meet evolving business and organizational needs.

Associate's or bachelor's degree, or equivalent practical experience.
Approximately 1–3 years of HR experience.
Familiarity with an HRIS platform; High attention to detail and demonstrated discretion handling confidential personnel data.
Embrace process-driven work, with the ability to follow established workflows, document procedures, and contribute to ongoing process improvements.
Exposure to a regulated industry (financial services or similar) is a plus, but not a requirement.
