Key Responsibilities\n Your role as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker will involve a variety of responsibilities designed to facilitate patient care and enhance well-being:

\Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to understand patients' mental health status, strengths, needs, and environments. \Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to individual patients. \Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, participating in case conferences and care coordination meetings to ensure cohesive treatment plans. \Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions to provide support and foster resilience in patients utilizing evidence-based modalities. \Advocate for patients, assisting them in navigating the complexities of the mental health system and ensuring their rights are upheld. \Organize and lead psychoeducation sessions and discharge planning meetings to prepare and empower patients for ongoing recovery. \Patient Population / Client Focus\n Our clients represent a wide array of demographics and backgrounds, encompassing various age groups and mental health challenges. Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)\n
