Head of Engineering and Project Management

PROJECT MANAGER ROLE: Highly regarded AISC Certified Steel Fabricator and Erector in the area is looking for a Project Manager to oversee projects up to 25K tons. PM will be responsible for expediting projects, managing logistics, coordinating inspections, & overseeing timelines to ensure a scheduled delivery and that top quality standards are met. Will be coordinating and overseeing all the different departments throughout the project life cycle.

Project Manager Skills and Requirements:

• 8+ years of Project Management experience specifically in the Structural Steel Fab & Erection industry
• including design, construction, architectural & subcontractor drawings

~ Project Management Job Responsibilities Include:
Attend “kick-off” meetings to become familiar with & discuss new projects
Mentor Younger Project Managers
Coordinate sequencing & any special job issues with General Contractors
Communicate with field superintendents to confirm delivery schedules
Address and service any field problems immediately
