Interventional Cardiology - Locum Tenens Physician

Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a Cardiologist for a temporary assignment in Grand Forks, North Dakota. These positions are 1-week locum tenens contracts with the ability to extend.

Responsibilities for a Cardiologist:

Provide clinic and call coverage during assigned dates

Manage a variable patient/caseload including elective procedures, inpatient needs, and outpatient services

Perform required procedures including EKG, TEE, Echo, PCI stent placement, and STEMIs

Utilize Epic EMR system for documentation

Work alongside APP staff during weekday hours of 8:30am - 4:30pm

Maintain active North Dakota License or active IMLC Letter of Qualification (LOQ)

Must be Board Certified in Interventional Cardiology

Commit to at least two stretches of assigned coverage dates

Adhere to a 45-day credentialing timeline requirements

Maintain a clean background with no dismissed, named, or other cases
