Chenega Agile Real Time Solutions, LLC
Chenega MIOS is seeking a Tier 1 Help Desk Analyst in Arlington, VA. The role focuses on initial diagnostics, user support, and incident tracking to maintain IT operations. Experience with PC/hardware and software support is required, along with DoD IAT Level II certification and TS clearance eligibility.
The candidate will work under the IT Help Desk Lead to ensure SLO compliance, document processes, and contribute to continuous service improvements within government networks.
