Human Resources Manager
Are you a seasoned HR professional looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity to make a real impact? We're searching for a Human Resources Manager to lead all HR functions at our Rockwall, TX location. As our Human Resources Manager, you'll be instrumental in shaping our employee experience. Talent Acquisition: Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, from advertising and sourcing to interviewing, testing, and onboarding new hires.
Employee Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for managers, employees, and legal counsel on all HR-related matters, fostering a supportive and compliant workplace.
Benefits Administration: Manage and administer all employee benefits program, including insurance, ensuring our team has access to comprehensive support.
HR Compliance & Reporting: Maintain all HR reports and records in accordance with state and federal laws, and oversee the meticulous upkeep of personnel files.
Leave Management: Oversee the Safety Director and assist with all necessary paperwork for work-related incidents and workers' compensation claims.
Policy Adherence: Ensure strict compliance with all company policies and procedures.

A minimum of five years of experience as an HR generalist or HR Manager.
Tech Savvy: Computer literate (proficient in MS Word, MS Excel)
Bonus Points If You Offer:

A Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in HR Administration.
Language Skills

~ Ability to read and interpret financial statements, business trends, professional journals, regulatory laws, and policies & procedures. Ability to communicate effectively with customers and employees.

Computer literacy (MS Office including Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
Proficient knowledge and application of HR laws and regulations
Preferred Candidates will have experience with ADP and other HRIS's.
When at our plants, the employee will be exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, moving mechanical parts, and fumes or airborne particles.
