Our client, a well-established law firm in Portland, OR, is seeking a polished and experienced Legal Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors. This role requires a high level of professionalism, discretion, and strong administrative support experience within a legal environment.

Manage a high-volume, multi-line phone system; Maintain front office operations, ensuring organization and efficiency

• Assist with legal administrative tasks including document preparation, filing (electronic and physical), and mail distribution
• Support attorneys and legal staff with overflow administrative duties

• Strong familiarity with legal terminology and law office procedures
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Experience with legal software or case management systems preferred
• Experience in a mid-to-large law firm environment
