Experience:
Minimum 18 months of permanent experience in specialty applying for prior to travel.
Minimum 18 months of recent step down experience is required.
License:
Must have a permanent Ohio license or a compact state license in hand.
Certifications:
American Red Cross BLS,

ACLS

, and NIHSS certifications are required.
Must-Have:
ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessments must be completed during orientation, with acceptable scores on both required.
Traveler must work at least every other holiday.
Description:
Position is located in a cardiology step down unit.
The role may involve floating to other units to care for the same patient population.
Shifts may be variable to meet operational needs.
Travel experience is considered sufficient for qualification.
Candidates must possess active certifications with no pending requirements.
A reference from a managerial position in the specialty applying for is required for submission.
Any background hits will be reviewed, and no applicants with an open case will be accepted.
Nicotine-free requirements are temporarily exempt for certain healthcare roles.
Candidates will need to complete necessary onboarding tasks prior to starting the position.
Completion of pre-start modules is necessary, with a varying time commitment based on specialty.
All modules are recorded for compliance purposes.
