Snell & Wilmer is seeking a Paralegal Assistant to provide essential support to Paralegals and Attorneys within the Litigation practice group in the Phoenix office. This role involves assisting with complex litigation matters, maintaining case files, and ensuring smooth case management throughout all phases of litigation.

The hours for this position are from Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. in the office.

Case & Document Management: Organize and maintain case files, ensuring all documents are properly filed and accessible

Litigation Support: Assist in discovery, trial preparation, and case management, including document collection, review, and production

Quality Control: Conduct thorough quality checks on legal documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with firm standards

Legal Research & Analysis: Assist in reviewing case law, statutes, and legal precedents relevant to commercial litigation

E-Discovery & Compliance: Support e-discovery efforts, ensuring adherence to local and state rules of civil procedure

Attention to Detail: Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to produce high-quality, error-free work

A self-starter who can work independently with appropriate supervision while proactively seeking assistance when needed
