Temporary FLEX Paralegal I

As a Paralegal, you will be part of a litigation support environment supporting a team of 3-4 attorneys. Shift: Monday - Friday 8:30AM - 5:30PM

Format, proofread, finalize, type, and electronically file legal documents with accuracy and professionalism.

Prepare correspondence and litigation documents including pleadings, motions, notices, subpoenas, and other filings from drafts and templates.

Support litigation operations by managing attorney calendars, coordinating hearings and depositions, assisting with discovery, and preparing exhibits and hearing binders.

3-5 years of experience as a Paralegal, Legal Assistant, or Legal Secretary with litigation support experience.

• Proven ability to prepare pleadings, motions, discovery responses, exhibits, and hearing materials with strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience using Adobe Acrobat for document preparation and management.
