Human Resources Generalist - Payroll/Recruitment (Full Time)

Job Purpose The Human Resource Coordinator will provide support in various human resource initiatives under the direction of the Human Resources Director. The HR Coordinator will provide support in handling employee and management questions, as required. In addition, this position will be responsible for assisting in providing general HR support to the divisions and the Corporate HR department, as directed.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Duties and Responsibilities Will support the new hire process as well as the onboarding process for all new hires.
Serves as a liaison to corporate payroll for internal status changes, new hires, and terminations.
Provides administrative support including maintaining HRIS systems, job descriptions, processing paperwork and data entry related to the company's programs and processes.
Participates in administrative staff meetings and attends other meetings as needed.
May be responsible for recruitment activities for the Company as needed: will work with corporate and division management to identify selection criteria, determine area of search, advertise and pre‑screen candidates if requested.
Special projects and other duties, as assigned.
Qualifications Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Experience with HRIS systems and ATS platforms (Paycom experience preferred).
Strong work ethic with ability to handle interactions with all levels of management, employees and external customers.
Capable of working with minimal supervision and performing effectively under tight time deadlines.
Must have a valid driver's license for business travel.
Education & Experience Undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Business or related discipline, or a combination of college and equivalent related HR experience sufficient to perform the expectations of this position.
1‑2 years of experience with proven HR skills and abilities.
Current or very recent experience with Paycom or other HRIS system.
