We are hiring a Full-Time Orthodontic Dental Assistant to join our high-performing clinical team.

This is not a slow general dental office. You will work directly alongside orthodontists, support clinical efficiency, and help deliver safe, high-quality patient care. If you want a structured clinical environment with clear expectations and opportunity for advancement, this is the opportunity.

Provide direct chairside assistance under supervision of the orthodontist

Accurately enter clinical notes in patient records

Educate patients on oral hygiene, appliance care, and treatment instructions

Prepare and document lab cases to ensure timely delivery

High school diploma or equivalent

Dental assistant licenses or certification

Minimum 6 months of experience in dental or healthcare setting

Knowledge of dental terminology, techniques, and procedures

Relevant dental assistant licensure (if required by state law)

Experience with digital scanning technology

Many of our patients are children and working adults, so peak demand occurs after school, after work, and on some Saturdays.
Local travel between offices may be required.
