Temp/Travel -Registered Nurse (RN) ICU (Nights)

Registered Nurse – Intensive Care Unit (ICU) travel assignment in Austell, Georgia. Shift: Nights, 12-hour shifts (3x12). Weekly pay: $1,678 to $1,733 per week. Work setting: hospital ICU. This travel temporary assignment is managed by Healthforce Healthcare LLC.

• Contract duration: Shift: Nights, 12-hour shifts (3x12)
• Travel – temporary staffing
• Provide direct, evidence-based nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU, with a focus on safety and patient-centered outcomes.
• Monitor patient status continuously, perform frequent assessments, and interpret changes to escalate care as needed.
• Administer medications, therapies, and interventions per physician orders and unit protocols; adjust care plans as the patient’s condition evolves.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team including clinicians, therapists, and families to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Document all clinical information accurately in the medical record and ensure compliance with policy, infection control, and patient safety standards.
• Respond to emergencies and participate in rapid response activities as part of the critical care team.

Active Registered Nurse license in Georgia and compliance with the Georgia Professional Nurse Practice Act.

• Ability to work night shifts (12-hour shifts) in a high-acuity ICU environment.
• Excellent communication with patients, families, and a multidisciplinary care team.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced, professional travel assignment with adherence to unit policies and procedures.
