Receptionist Human Resources

Our client, a local University, is seeking a Temporary Receptionist to work in Human Resources. Start date is ASAP will last for 3 months, possibly longer. Receptionist will greet all visitors, including candidates, as well as answer all incoming calls. Answer and direct all incoming phone calls and guests to the appropriate person or area of the office

Prepare and complete verification letters for University employees, mortgage companies

Enter M-4 and W4 tax information into PeopleSoft
