Sales Development Representative

The Sales Development Rep (SDR) identifies, nurtures, and qualifies prospective hotel owners and developers across the Americas region, including the United States, Canada, Mexico, Latin America and the Caribbean. Leads generated through Development Demand Center (DDC) marketing programs are routed to Regional Directors (RDs) to advance toward close, offering a strong entry point into IHG's development organization.

Research and identify prospective franchise and development opportunities.

Conduct multi-channel outreach (calls, email, and other channels) to target owners.

Maintain accurate activity and opportunity information within CRM.

Support outbound campaigns and strategic growth initiatives.

2-5 years of experience in inside sales, lead generation, business development, fundraising or related commercial roles.

• English required; professional Spanish preferred.
• Experience using CRM platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain outreach discipline.
• Self-motivated and resilient, with the drive to succeed in an outbound sales environment.

Travel less than 10% required
