VP and Head of Product Marketing

We are seeking a strategic, creative, results-driven team member with exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, passionate about shaping the future of financial services.As a Market and Product Expansion Manager in Concourse Go-To-Market VP, Concourse you are an integral part of the team whose work supports the successful release and adoption of products. EF&S manages a portfolio of products serving as a center of excellence for fraud prevention and embedded solutions, including Concourse which is a bi-directional payments platform that enables flexible payables and receivables for companies and their counterparties in a number of different industries. Job responsibilities Perform market research and voice of the customer assessments to understand market trends, competitor strategies client needs then act as bridge between market, sales and product to influence roadmap and pricing recommendations Shape and execute GTM strategies for Concourse identifying high-potential client segments then driving GTM campaigns end-to-endBuild and refine compelling, clear sales trainings and collateral that translates complex technical concepts into easy to understand information, so sales partners can articulate the value of Concourse to prospectsCollaborate with Marketing to help shape thought leadership, value props, case studies, eventsCreate and deliver executive-level presentations, using data to frame pipeline progress, challenges, opportunities, and actionable recommendations for senior stakeholdersDevelop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in Product, Marketing, Sales and/or go-to-marketProficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPointAbility to communicate clearly across different types of stakeholders (technical & non-technical) Strong organizational skills with attention to detailThrives in a fast-paced environment; adapts quickly, works collaboratively, takes initiative, and manages multiple prioritiesProficient in clearly building and presenting compelling PowerPoint trainings (or equivalent)Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsUnderstanding and/or prior experience in Payments preferred
