Represent clients in civil litigation matters, including insurance defense, personal injury, premises liability, general liability, commercial litigation, and tort claims.
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, legal memoranda, and case-related correspondence.
Conduct legal research and develop clear, practical litigation strategies.
Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, insurance carriers, experts, and court personnel.
Manage case deadlines, discovery obligations, and litigation calendars.
Work closely with senior attorneys while developing greater independence and case ownership.
Help deliver aggressive, cost-efficient representation with a strong focus on client service.
D. from an accredited law school.

• 1+ years of litigation experience preferred.
• Experience with insurance defense, tort litigation, commercial litigation, personal injury, premises liability, or general liability matters is a plus.
• Strong legal writing, research, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage deadlines, stay organized, and handle a litigation caseload in a professional environment.
• Writing sample required.
