At Strive Rehabilitation Services, we are proud to operate a state-of-the-art 5000 square feet sports medicine facility designed to facilitate comprehensive orthopedic rehabilitation. Our focus is on delivering personalized physical therapy services to a diverse patient population, primarily individuals covered by private medical insurance. Strive Rehabilitation is committed to utilizing evidence-based practices and innovative treatment methodologies to foster recovery and overall wellness.

This role requires you to work onsite in our outpatient office, where you will interact directly with patients in a collaborative and supportive environment. You will be expected to maintain a structured schedule, working Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, ensuring the highest level of service during business hours. Our team fosters a culture of continuous learning and professional development, encouraging therapists to share insights and enhance their skills through collective knowledge.

Maintain a patient-centered approach with a manageable workload, typically serving one patient per hour, to ensure focused care.

Utilize a variety of treatment techniques to provide cost-effective therapies aiming to enhance mobility and reduce discomfort.

Minimize reliance on medications by advocating for non-surgical alternatives whenever possible.

Inspire and motivate patients through their rehabilitation journey, creating an uplifting environment that encourages progress.

Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Accurately document all therapy services provided in compliance with established documentation protocols.

Your primary responsibility will be caring for a diverse array of individuals seeking orthopedic rehabilitation services. These patients often include those recovering from surgeries, sports injuries, or chronic musculoskeletal conditions. Your role will be pivotal in delivering targeted therapies and rehabilitation strategies designed to enhance strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.

Must hold a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited institution.

Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in California, with no prior disciplinary actions or board investigations.

Demonstrated proficiency in manual therapy and therapeutic exercise formulation.

Ability to effectively utilize Electronic Medical Record (EMR) software such as WebPT for patient management.

Skills in advanced therapeutic techniques and familiarity with contemporary rehabilitation practices will significantly enhance your candidacy.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 125,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
