Referral Coordinator - Full Time (Remote) with

To optimize the referral capture process for healthcare organizations, the full-time remote Referral Coordinator will manage claim reviews, coordinate with clients and stakeholders, and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations while documenting and capturing eligible claims accurately.
Key responsibilities
Review and document potentially eligible prescription claims, ensuring accuracy and compliance with program criteria
Develop and present detailed reports on claim status and program analytics to clients while coordinating meetings with stakeholders
Maintain HIPAA compliance and assist with training and onboarding of new team members as needed
Required qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in a healthcare or pharmacy setting
Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems and multiple platforms
Strong customer service orientation with experience in client meetings and presentations
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the broader Microsoft Office suite
Experience with 340B program operations or referral management platforms is preferred Virtual Vocations Inc
