As a Full-Time Physical Therapist with Move Strong, you will work in a supportive onsite environment focused on home care services. The work schedule offers flexibility, with shifts available from 8 AM to 4 PM, 9 AM to 5 PM, or a condensed 4-day workweek, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance.

Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical abilities, medical history, and treatment goals.

Develop customized therapy plans tailored to each patient's needs, focusing on restoring mobility, improving strength, and enhancing overall function.

Implement therapy interventions using a variety of methods, such as manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and modalities.

Continuously monitor patient progress, documenting changes and adapting treatment plans as necessary to ensure successful outcomes.

Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team of healthcare professionals, sharing insights and strategies to enhance patient care.

Stay up-to-date with advancements in physical therapy, attending workshops and training sessions to refine your skills.

The candidate must hold a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.

A current or eligible Florida Physical Therapist License is required for practice.

A minimum of two years of hands-on, clinical experience as a practicing physical therapist is preferred.

Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems to document patient interactions and treatment plans.
