Hotel HR Generalist
HYATT Hotels
Responsibilities Assist in the smooth and efficient running of the Personnel Department in the Human Resources Division, supporting the Human Resources Manager in implementing Hyatt's People Philosophy throughout the hotel.
Qualifications Ideally holds a university degree or diploma in HRM/HRD or Hospitality/Tourism Management. Must have a minimum of 2 years experience as a Human Resources Executive or Coordinator in a larger operation. Requires strong problem‑solving, administrative and interpersonal skills.
