The Solutions Engineer will interface with customers to identify their needs and collaborate with various engineering and operation departments to ensure a plan is in motion to improve the customer’s experience. Working on this technology, you will have the opportunity to have a major impact on the implementation and quality of Quvia's next generation products. Our environment cultivates innovation and rapid product iteration within a creative solution space. We need your skills as an excellent communicator who can set appropriate expectations, keep everyone apprised of progress and action items, manage project plans, balance workloads, and ensure we meet our commitments. You also excel at dealing with the complexities associated with large enterprise customers.

Collaborate with sales and product teams to understand customer requirements and design tailored satellite communication solutions.

Conduct site surveys and feasibility studies to determine the best solutions for new customers

Oversee the installation, configuration, and testing of Quvia systems across different business verticals.

Troubleshoot complex issues during the POC phase and work with customer, QA and Engineering teams to deploy fixes as needed.

Act as a technical advisor to customers, offering guidance on best practices and optimal usage of terrestrial and satellite communication systems.

Conduct training sessions and workshops for customers and internal teams on the operation and maintenance of Quvia products and their value proposition.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, systems, engineering, QA, and service delivery, to ensure successful project execution.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field.

At least 3 to 5 years of previous experience with networking concepts and RF engineering.

Proven knowledge and understanding of managing virtual infrastructure using VMware vSphere, Hyper-V, or KVM.

Experience with Next-Generation Firewalls (NGFW) and SD-WAN platforms such as Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco (Meraki/Viptela), or similar enterprise solutions.

A thorough understanding of computer hardware, and operating systems.

Project management experience and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
