Conduct routine and complex clinical laboratory analyses-including chemistry, hematology, immunology, and more-following established protocols.
Evaluate results for accuracy, troubleshoot inconsistencies, and carry out preventative maintenance and calibration of laboratory instruments.
Support specimen collection and prepare samples for testing as necessary.
Meticulously document all processes, mentor new staff or students, and contribute to maintaining stringent lab quality standards.
Ensure a clean and secure work environment while adhering to regulatory compliance and accreditation standards.
Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree, alongside ASCP/AMT certification preparedness.

ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be obtained within the first year of employment.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities for effective collaboration with healthcare teams.
Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly in quality control and documentation processes.
