We’re looking for a hungry and driven recruiter who wants to build their career as an operator.

This is a rare chance to join Probook at the ground floor and help us assemble one of the most talent-dense teams in New York City. The right person is genuinely passionate about recruiting as a craft. You want to master sourcing, candidate experience, and closing, while also learning how recruiting intersects with strategy, operations, and culture.

Partner closely with our leadership team and recruiters to identify hiring priorities.

Build and maintain a world-class pipeline of engineers, product managers, and designers from top startups and companies.

Drive creative sourcing strategies: from outbound research to leveraging networks, events, and communities.

Provide a high-touch candidate experience from the very first outreach.

1-3 years of sourcing experience with a proven track record of recruiting for top early-stage startups.

Prior agency experience or direct startup experience in sourcing/recruiting.

Strong communication and research skills, with the ability to craft compelling outreach.

Highly organized, resourceful, and motivated by building in a fast-paced environment.

120-140K + Equity
