Head of E-Commerce (Remote)

FOOP Organic Biosciences builds premium organic plant food and soil amendment products around proprietary, patented biological technology. We sell direct-to-consumer through Amazon and our own Shopify storefront, with a growing catalog and an active pipeline of commercial partnerships.
You’ll own the strategy and day-to-day execution of our full ecommerce P&L across Amazon, Shopify, social, and paid channels—working directly with the founder and CEO. You’ll drive unit economics, pricing strategy, demand planning, and profitability per product line.
Amazon, Fulfillment, and Demand Planning
Manage Amazon Seller Central operations including listing optimization, keyword research, advertising strategy, and ASIN-level profitability.
Build unit economics models tying CAC, margin, fulfillment costs, and ad spend to profit targets.
Analyze demand signals and seasonality, then communicate to production and fulfillment teams to ensure optimal manufacturing and FBA timing.
Forecast demand by season and product to guide production planning.
Website, Shopify, and Social Media
Manage Shopify store operations—merchandising, site optimization, and conversion testing.
Own Meta Ads strategy on Instagram and Facebook including creative testing, ROAS optimization, and CAC analysis.
Coordinate Google Shopping campaigns with website strategy.
Make pricing and promotion decisions grounded in unit economics across all channels.
AI Marketing Agency Oversight
Oversee our AI-driven marketing agency’s performance across social, Amazon Ads, and Amazon SEO.
Hold them accountable to ROAS, CAC, and profitability targets.
Three to five years ecommerce operations experience on Amazon and Shopify.
Strong analytical skills with unit economics, ROAS, and CAC modeling.
Demand planning or inventory forecasting is a plus.
Ability to manage vendors and agencies against clear metrics.
Communication skills to translate data into action.
Own real strategy and execution across the ecommerce business.
Job Type: Full-time
total compensation targeting $125,000.00 with performance bonus and equity when KPIs are met
