LHH is actively seeking an Executive Assistant for one of our top clients in NYC! This will be a contract to hire opportunity with our client and will be hybrid to their office in Manhattan. This role will be supporting 2 Senior VPs.

About the Role
A dynamic and fast-paced organization is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to its senior leadership team. This role is critical to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, enabling effective decision-making, and fostering effective communication across the organization. The ideal candidate thrives in a high-performance environment, exercises sound judgment, and maintains the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support & Coordination
Manage complex calendars, schedules, and travel arrangements for senior leadership, ensuring efficient use of time and seamless coordination of priorities.
Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, correspondence, and meeting materials to support leadership initiatives and business objectives.
Coordinate meetings across multiple functions and stakeholders, including scheduling, agenda preparation, logistics, and follow-up on action items.
Support the planning and execution of leadership meetings, business reviews, and strategic initiatives.
Communication & Stakeholder Management
Serve as a trusted point of contact between senior leadership and internal and external stakeholders.
Facilitate timely communication, ensuring priorities, requests, and deliverables are effectively managed and executed.
Build and maintain strong working relationships across departments and organizational levels.
Confidentiality & Professionalism
Handle highly sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity.
Demonstrate professionalism in all interactions while representing the leadership team and organizational values.
Project & Administrative Support
Provide flexible support for special projects, leadership initiatives, and business priorities as needed.
Manage multiple competing priorities and deadlines while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
Assist with expense reporting, documentation management, and other administrative activities to support executive effectiveness.
Qualifications
Education
~ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
Experience
~3-5 years of experience supporting senior executives or leadership teams in an executive or administrative support role.
Skills & Competencies
Exceptional organizational and time management skills
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel)
Expertise in calendar management and travel coordination
Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and exercise sound judgment
Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic business environment
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities
Results-driven mindset with the ability to prioritize effectively
Experience preparing professional presentations, reports, and meeting documentation
Financial acumen, including expense management and reporting
Cultural awareness and a customer-centric approach

Pay Details: $36.00 to $45.25 per hour
