RN- Health Care (Full-Time

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for home health visits in Joplin, Missouri.

Location: Joplin, Missouri.

Job Overview Specialty: Home Health. Discipline: RN. Duration: Ongoing. Employment Type: Staff (Full Time).

Responsibilities Visit a variety of clients in their own homes, facilitating recovery from injury, illness, surgery, or hospitalization.

Case manage and develop individualized care plans.

Deliver highly skilled care, including assessments, medication management, wound care, and other interventions.

Progress clients from discharge to meeting their goals at home.

Provide education to patients and/or their families.

Qualifications Active and current RN license.

One year of clinical experience preferred.

Previous home health care experience welcomed but not required; training provided.

Ability to travel locally to assigned cases.
