Registered Nurse (RN) - Home Health - $60+ per visit

Job Description & Requirements BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for Home Health visits in Fayville, Massachusetts. This is a full‑time or part‑time position with ongoing duration. Responsibilities Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patient needs. Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories. Perform assigned duties, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures. Monitor clients’ conditions and report changes to the Clinical Manager. Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors’ orders. Perform client assessments as necessary. Case management and coordination. Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations via touch‑pad tablet. Qualifications Graduation from an accredited nursing program. Current license as a Registered Nurse in Massachusetts. One year prior clinical experience as a licensed RN (home health care experience not required). Compensation and Benefits Base pay: $58.00 – $65.00 per point, depending on qualifications. Paid holidays, vacation and sick leave. Vision, dental and medical health plans.
