HR Generalist (Full Time) - Immediate Hiring

Who: An experienced Human Resources professional with 3-5 years of progressive HR experience supporting employees and managers in a fast-paced, multi-location environment

What: Provide day-to-day HR support including employee relations, onboarding, compliance, performance management, policy administration, and HR reporting

When: This is a full-time, direct-hire opportunity available immediately

Where: Johns Creek Georgia, with an in-office work schedule

Office Environment: Professional, collaborative, and fast-paced office environment supporting approximately 400 employees and managers across multiple locations

Salary: $75,000 annually plus year-end bonus

Key responsibilities: Managing employee relations issues

Conducting new hire orientation and onboarding

Maintaining compliance with federal and state employment laws Assisting with policy administration and interpretation

Ensuring accurate employee records and HR documentation.

Help promote a positive workplace culture while maintaining consistency in policies and procedures.

Must be confident and be able to build relationships with managers in an assigned region, multi offices, supporting about 400 employees & Managers.

Experience with the following: Bachelor's degree required

Construction, manufacturing ,or logistics industry required

Investigations and employee relations compliance/risk management new hire orientation & onboarding manager coaching policy interpretation fast-paced operations support

Month end and other ad hoc reports strong communication and organizational skills

The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
