Conduct both routine and complex clinical laboratory tests-covering chemistry, hematology, immunology, and more-adhering to established protocols.
Evaluate results for precision, troubleshoot any discrepancies, and perform regular maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment.
Assist with sample collection and prepare specimens for diagnostic testing as necessary.
Thoroughly document all procedures, mentor new team members or students, and uphold high laboratory quality standards.
Ensure a clean, safe workplace while complying with all regulatory and accreditation standards.
Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree, plus ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) required within the first year of employment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with healthcare professionals.
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail, particularly in quality assurance and documentation.
