This role manages front desk operations, supports intake, and provides administrative support to ensure efficient daily office operations. manage voicemail and shared inboxes Conduct basic intake screenings and provide program information and referrals Enter and maintain accurate client data in Electronic Health Records (EHR) Assist staff with documentation (scanning, uploading financial assistance application) Perform general administrative duties (filing, copying, faxing, mailing, data entry) Maintain front desk organization and waiting area Monitor office supplies and support daily office operations QualificationsHigh school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience 2+ years of receptionist, administrative, or customer service experience preferred Experience in social services, healthcare, or behavioral health a plus SkillsStrong communication and customer service skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information Ability to work efficiently under pressure Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Experience with EHR systems and basic data entry Familiarity with Adobe Acrobat preferred Work EnvironmentOn-site office role with frequent computer and phone use Monday-Thursday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM; Generous Paid Time Off (PTO) Paid Jewish and Federal Holidays Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Gap Insurance, Life Insurance, Short-Term and Long-Term Disability 403(b) Retirement Plan Special Gym Membership Discounts And much more!
