Our mission is to deliver virtual-first, data-driven pulmonary care at scale, ensuring patients and clinicians have access to high-quality respiratory care-no matter where they are.
We’re hiring Respiratory Therapists and Certified Pulmonary Function Testing Technicians to perform simple spirometry testing (pre/post albuterol) at primary care clinics in the major Louisiana cities.
Flexible , daytime-only work
Strong relationships with patients and clinic teams
Perform pre/post simple spirometry testing with a handheld device
Prepare and coach patients through testing to ensure comfort and accuracy
Accurately grade each effort and upload results remotely for physician review
Maintain testing equipment and follow quality and safety protocols
Represent Crosswalk Health professionally at each clinic site
Dependable and reliable —clinic partners, patients, and coworkers can count on you
Flexible and adaptable , comfortable with change and evolving schedules, technology, and workflows
A team player who enjoys being part of a tight-knit RT community and is proud to represent a growing healthcare company
Passionate about respiratory care and delivering excellent patient experiences
Proficiency in respiratory therapy practices, procedures, and terminology
Comfortable working independently and traveling locally (within a 45 minute radius)
Not required but desired bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
Available two to five days per week
supplemental pay for years of experience, tenure with company, and region served as applicable
Contract/1099 role with consistent opportunities
