You’ll work with pre-qualified homeowners who have already expressed interest , giving you the opportunity to focus on what you do best: building relationships, presenting solutions, and closing business.

If you’re confident in a consultative sales environment and motivated by strong performance-based earnings, this is an opportunity to put your experience to work.

Present personalized solutions based on the customer’s situation.

Negotiate and close sales agreements.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity.

Work with internal teams to help create a smooth customer experience.

Consistently work toward and achieve individual sales goals.

We’re looking for experienced sales professionals who are confident, professional, and motivated by results.

Proven experience in a sales closing role .

Experience in in-home, consultative, home improvement, construction, restoration, or a related industry is a plus.

Confidence handling customer questions and objections.

A customer-first approach to sales.

A professional and respectful demeanor when working in customers’ homes.

Must be 18 years or older .

Comfortable traveling to scheduled customer appointments.

Comfortable conducting sales consultations inside customers’ homes.
