We are hiring a Physical Therapist (PT) for a Home Health position providing skilled care to patients in their homes in the Grayling and surrounding areas and is eligible for $20,000 total bonus potential, including a $10,000 first year success bonus to reward the accomplishment of key achievements during your first year as well as an additional $10,000 sign-on bonus.

Perform comprehensive patient evaluations, functional mobility assessments, and develop individualized therapy plans to improve strength, balance, and independence

Work independently, but never alone

PT Qualifications

Active Physical Therapist, PT license in the state you work

One year of experience as a Physical Therapist and the clinical expertise to deliver quality patient care
