The Human Resources Coordinator provides a wide range of support and coordination duties for the HR Team at Tennyson Center. Strong attention to detail with little supervision and the ability to maintain a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality is needed to be successful in this role. Provides administrative support to HR Team

Provides general support and customer service to team members seeking assistance

Compiles, maintains, and audits digital employee files

Supports recruitment process by maintaining job descriptions, posting jobs, and drafting and sending offer letters

Supports onboarding process by conducting background checks, reference checks, and other pre-hire requirements

Reviews HR inbox daily and responds to or redirects emails as appropriate

Utilizes HR systems, including HRIS, Timekeeping system, ATS, and LMS

Assists with longer-term HR projects, including but not limited to open enrollment, engagement surveys, and annual reviews

Must be able to successfully complete a pre-hire physical

Must be able to sit for prolonged periods of time in an office setting

Proficient use of office equipment including computers, copiers, and telephones

Bachelor's degree required

The estimated hourly rate for this role is $26.00 - $28.00 per hour.
