HR/Recruiting Generalist

We are seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to join a growing defense manufacturing organization in Longmont, Colorado. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career HR professional looking to gain hands-on experience across onboarding, recruiting coordination, travel logistics, and employee support functions.
The ideal candidate will have approximately 1 year of professional HR experience, or recent graduates with relevant HR internship experience and strong administrative skills. We are looking for someone eager to learn, highly organized, and interested in building a long-term career in Human Resources. This role will be 5 days per week at the team's Longmont office, paying between $30-$40/hr.

Minimum of 1 year of Human Resources experience, OR recent graduate with a relevant HR internship and demonstrated administrative experience.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field preferred.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
