We offer outpatient counseling and coaching to children and adults across various spectrums. We seek licensed LCSWs, LPCs, and LCPs in Virginia to provide teletherapy to clients statewide.
Private Practice Support
Credentialing with insurance carriers
Billing (bi‑weekly pay)
Custom teletherapy platform
Marketing
Scheduling
Electronic health record for session documentation
Job Summary
The Teletherapist will deliver therapy via a HIPAA‑compliant teletherapy platform in 45-60 minute sessions. Full‑time caseload: 30-35 sessions per week; part‑time caseload defined collaboratively.
Responsibilities and Duties
Provide virtual therapy in 45-60 minute blocks
Complete assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes
Offer input on best strategies and services for client support
Contribute to the growth and development of MySpectrum
Qualifications & Skills
Licensed as an LCSW, LPC, or LCP in Virginia; eligible for insurance credentialing
Experience working with diverse populations
Desire to contribute to a growing company and shape services
Commitment to building a sustainable caseload
High‑speed internet access
HIPAA‑protected space for consistent sessions
Comfortable working remotely via telehealth
