Job Description Represent clients in consumer bankruptcy matters and guide them through the legal process.

Manage a high volume of active bankruptcy cases while maintaining strong attention to detail.

Prepare, review, and file pleadings, petitions, motions, and other legal documents.

Communicate directly with clients, creditors, courts, and opposing counsel.

Analyze client financial circumstances and develop effective legal strategies.

Advocate for clients against banks, creditors, and other parties.

Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals to provide efficient, high-quality representation.

Bankruptcy, consumer law, creditors' rights, or related litigation experience is a strong plus.
