Full Time Physiatrist Needed

Gotham Enterprises Ltd is actively seeking a passionate and skilled Orthopedic Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our dynamic healthcare team in Trenton, New Jersey. Your clinical practice will take place onsite within a cutting-edge, 5000 square foot outpatient office that is designed to facilitate a wide array of rehabilitation techniques and exercise programs. The environment fosters collaboration, continuous learning, and innovation. You will work closely with a team of two experienced physical therapists and a physical therapist assistant (PTA), ensuring that each patient receives tailored care and focused attention.

Maintain an efficient patient schedule, typically managing two patients per hour while delivering high-quality, personalized care.

Utilize manual therapy techniques and exercise programs to minimize pain and facilitate recovery, focusing on non-surgical interventions whenever possible.

Foster a supportive environment by encouraging and motivating patients throughout their treatment processes.

Document all patient interactions, treatment details, and progress using EMR software such as WebPT.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians and other healthcare professionals, to optimize patient outcomes.

This position will primarily involve working with adults with private medical insurance, offering rehabilitation support for various orthopedic injuries and conditions. Our patient demographic includes individuals recovering from surgeries, athletes looking to regain peak performance, and those seeking to improve functional mobility due to chronic conditions.

Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.

Current license to practice as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey.

No history of board or disciplinary actions related to physical therapy licensing.

Strong proficiency in manual therapy techniques, exercise prescription, and rehabilitation protocols.

Solid understanding and experience in using electronic medical record systems, preferably WebPT.

A minimum of two years of clinical experience working as a Physical Therapist in an orthopedic outpatient setting.
