What you will doUpdate user accounts, resolves bugs, and update database to maintain human resources information systems (HRIS). Partners with IT support and HR to support HRIS initiatives across the business.Enter all applicable employee data.Compile and prepare reports and documents pertaining to personnel activities.Provide users with support for HRIS problems.Manage backup, security and user help systems.Assist with the research and resolution related to HRIS problems.Conduct HRIS system audits for data accuracy; As directed, perform required updates and maintenance of legacy HR system to meet and support changing business needs.Refine and update technical/business skills and experience through work assignments, advanced technical/business training and attending professional/business industry conferences.Copy and paste URL into browser to view full description: What you need to bring2+ years related experience in HR and/or IT required.Basic knowledge of HRIS systems/tables and systems analytics required.Previous project management experience preferred.Must be able to use Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, Word and Power Point.Must be able to understand system data and to identify discrepancies.Bachelors in related field or equivalent combination of education and/or experience required.Our Benefits Package includes 401k, Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Supplemental and Life Insurance as well as pet insurance.
