Full-Time Bookkeeper (Accounting)

WP&E Technologies and Solutions Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Bookkeeper to support our day-to-day financial operations. This position will begin as a 3-month contract role, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time position after the contract period based on performance and business needs. The role follows a hybrid schedule with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.

The ideal candidate is organized, trustworthy, and able to manage financial records with accuracy and consistency. This role is important to helping our company stay current, compliant, and financially organized.

** Record daily financial transactions accurately.

Reconcile bank and credit card statements.

Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.

Maintain organized financial files and records.

Assist with payroll support as needed.

Prepare basic financial reports for management.

Communicate with vendors, customers, and internal staff regarding billing or payment issues.

Help maintain compliance with company policies and accounting procedures.

** Previous bookkeeping or accounting support experience.

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting software.

Experience in operations, logistics, or small business accounting.

Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting systems.

Experience working with invoices, payroll, and reconciliations.

Bilingual skills are a plus but not necessary.
