Duties Description Establish office procedures; implement policies and procedures; respond to phone calls; organize, expedite and follow up on projects; Administrative support of the Bureau Director & Assistant Director, including coordinating calendars, phones & correspondence; ad hoc projects; coordinating & maintaining Bureau's training & evaluation records; maintaining logs, databases & meeting notes; supporting the Bureau Management Team; The incumbent must have a high school diploma or high school equivalency diploma AND three (3) years of experience in administrative support,** which includes use of office software (e.g., email, word processing), provision of customer service, business writing, and management of an office.
**IAAP Certified Administrative Professional) or associate's degree in office administration, secretarial science, administrative assistance, paralegal, business technology, or office technology substitutes for up to two years of administrative support experience.
Ability to effectively use SFS and Microsoft Suite.
- Ability to review written requests and research associated materials.
- Ability to understand and follow established policies and procedures.
